Product Support Options
Any purchase of our products includes free minor updates and free product support by email for as long as the release you purchased is the current release. We publish major updates once every two or three years, so you'll typically get a lot more than 30 days of free updates and support with your purchase, and you'll find that our support is second to none. We only charge for major updates, usually at around a 50% discount, and of course, once you upgrade you get free support and updates again.
Product Help
Comprehensive help is provided with our products. Context-sensitive help is available by pressing F1 at any time, and the help contents are available by selecting Help|Contents from the menu bar or by clicking the help icon on the toolbar.
Samples
A variety of useful sample projects are installed in the 'Samples' subfolder within the application installation folder and are also accessible from the application's Windows Start menu.
