Any purchase of our products includes all minor (i.e., v3.1 -> v3.2) updates and product support by email for as long as that version is the current major release. We typically publish major updates (i.e., v3 -> v4) every three to four years, for a discounted price.

Product Help
Comprehensive help is provided with our products. Context-sensitive help is available by pressing F1 at any time, and the help contents are available by selecting Help | Contents on the menu bar or by clicking the help icon on the toolbar.

Samples
A variety of useful sample projects are installed in the Samples subfolder within the application installation folder and are also accessible from the application Start menu folder.

Forum
The Kinook Software support forum can be used to post questions and interact with other users. A collection of answers to frequently asked questions is also available on the forum.
