Does the problem persist after restarting your PC?

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
As per my above description, I'm able to continue working with UR even after receiving the AV exception. However, I do restart UR to be cautious. As such, there is no need to restart Windows and, logically, the problem wouldn't persist. And if I may, did you get the chance to address my two questions, above. Thanks, again. |

1. I don't know.
2. It is a real error. It appears that another error occurs after that due to the first error. I haven't been able to reproduce the problem. |
