File already open error when viewing Outlook messages

It seems as though Office 365 no longer supports

Does this mean it'll work fine with Outlook 2019?

I believe Office 365 and 2019 are the same thing (subscription vs. one-time purchase).

Yes, worked wondrously

Removing it from all locations, displayed it in rtf read-only. Keeping it in 'mime' also displayed it in plain text.

This is good enough.
