Could not open the temporary zip file

I have a step of type "Enhanced zip files " failing with the message:
Could not open the temporary zip file
Any idea what is causing this?
VBP 8.0 ,source files are present,Temp folder is set empty but it always was ,problem started a couple of days ago,before it worked ok
