Line spacing in lists

Dear Kinook,
I often export to 'Items to an XML (OPML) file' or 'Documents and item rich text to HTML' format. I noticed that after export, neither 1.5 Lines Spacing nor Double Line Spacing applies to paragraphs formatted as numbered lists or bulleted lists. Can this be fixed?
