Sync Problem

When I sync with Outlook (ctrl+F5) everything syncs ok and if I add a task, appt, contact, etc to UR and sync it shows in Outlook but if I delete a task, appt, etc either in Outlook or UR syncing does not make the change.
This was a problem under XP and now also running Vista 64-bit Ultimate.
Any suggestions?

Regards,

Bob H.

From the UR side, if you Shift-Delete an Item you should get a confirm dialog that also has a checkbox - Also delete any sync Outlook Items or external files. Please be aware that checking this box is persistent until unchecked.

Not sure about deleting from the Outlook side, I don't think Outlook will "reach-in" to UR to mirrior the deletion.

Sync Problem

Thanks for the reply, Shift+Delete works on the URpro side but if I delete in Outlook I have to manually delete back in UR. I'm guessing that this might be a built in default to allow not loosing data saved in UR???

That would be my guess, also, UR integrates with Outlook - not the reverse.
