Email: Disappearing text

The contents/text of emails imported from Outlook 2007 are disappearing. My assumption is that these are emails I deleted or archived in Outlook itself, but I don't know for sure. It is not every email.

To import, I do a simple drag and drop them into UR.

What am I doing wrong?

The default drag/drop behavior is to link, not store, in UR (unless you hold down the Control key when dropping or check Tools | Options | Import | Store contents when importing and syncing files and Outlook items). The indicators of a stored document are:

1) [Stored] following item title in details pane.
2) Existence of Document Size attribute (View | Other Windows | Item Attributes)
3) Item | Store Contents menu item / toolbar button depressed

As far as displaying the contents of an imported Outlook item within UR (if it is stored in UR or still exists in Outlook), you might try moving .msg between these different locations to see if it displays properly (some viewers have trouble showing some message formats):
* Tools | Options | Documents | File extensions to display in MIME viewer
* Tools | Options | Browser | File extensions to display in internal browser view
* Tools | Options | Editor | File extensions to display in text editor

Or use Item | Open Document (Ctrl+J) to open externally in Outlook.
