Press Alt+t,c, Enter (Admin note: Tools | Compact and Repair on the menu, with Repair checked) will heal the search failure.

You're welcome. BTW, just make sure leaving "Reset all system information to defaults" unchecked. Otherwise, whatever notes you may have laboriously entered in the default system "info item" will be gone. Hope it helps. |

Hi Quant,
TBH, becuase I use "Alt+T, C, Enter" so often, I no longer see the search failure as an anomaly anymore! I wrote a macro to automate the process. UR has never failed once. No, there's nothing wrong with the database. The search failure usually occurs after last anormal exit of UR. |
