Move installation to new build server

Hello,

How can I go about moving our registered copy of VBP to a new server? We're upgrading our dev/build server and need VBP to come along with us. Thanks!

Geoff

Just uninstall it from the old server, and reinstall it on the new machine (using the same license key).

You can preserve your application options, global macros, scripts and subroutines by copying their respective files to the new workstation (and ensuring the new installation refers to these new files).

You can view the location of these files with the Tools | File Locations menu entry.

See "Configuration Files" in the help file for details on these files and their locations.

I don't know where our license key is unfortunately. I've taken over for the lead developer of our project who purchased the software some time ago. Is there anything I can send to you to help prove legitimacy? I'm afraid we'll end of having to purchase a new license to get the build process moved over to a new server.

Ah, I see.

Please send your company name, address and any additional info you know (like a name that might have ordered the license) to support@kinook.com and we'll try to locate the license for you...

Also, send the name it is registered to (at the bottom of the Help | About dialog)
