screen redraw problem

I sometimes have a problem with UR and Thunderbird. It seems like a screen drawing problem: I see some Thunderbird windows through the UR window. It is a bit difficult to explain, but I think the screenshot is self explanatory. If I minimize and then remaximize the UR window all is normal again.

We will try to reproduce the behavior, if you can identify a specific sequence that reproduces it, please post it here or email it to support@kinook.com.

If/when we can reproduce it we will either provide a fix (if it is an Ultra Recall bug) or a workaround (if one is found).
