Question Can't build .NET solution

Has anybody seen "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." when trying to build a .NET solution in VisualBuild 4.6b.
I tried the same thing VisualBuild 5, on the same PC, and there it works OK.

I'm having the same "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" issue with the demo for VBP6. There are several threads here on the forums, some have pointed to add-ins, bad solutions structure, and such, but I haven't had any luck at all building my real/work solution or even the underlying project files (just trying to build a simple project that doesn't reference any other projects).

However, I can build some of the simple hobbyish projects I've done. So I'm thinking it has something to do with SourceSafe or build configurations or something more likely to be present in the corporate world. The projects/solutions I'm trying to build work just fine in the Visual Studio IDE.

Any suggestions?

Please ZIP and post or send:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) The .bld file used to build
3) A build log file
4) A .sln file and project file(s) where the problem occurs (no source code files)

Thanks.
