What's the difference between Shift+Del and Ctrl+Shift+Del in Related Items Pane?

Shift+Delete: Permanently deletes the selected links (and items if not linked elsewhere)

Ctrl+Shift+Delete: Permanently deletes the selected items (and all links to them)
