Question Active link

I am trying to use the internal browser to display a URL, which I've entered into the Item Attributes URL field. Instead of opening the URL within the Item Details pane, I've got a message in the Item Details pane that says, "Click Here to Open Linked Documents". Clicking there does open my external browser, but I'm not getting the internal viewer activated automatically.

What am I doing wrong?

When a new Document Info Item is created with no url value (not dropped or pasted into Ultra Recall), then entering a url value doesn't update the internal "document type" for the Info Item until the Info Item is Synchronized.
Note: this can happen automatically when the url is changed if the Automatically sync documents when URL attribute changed option @ Tools | Options | Grids <tab> is checked.

You can manually Synchronize an Info Item at any time with the Synchronize button on the Item tool bar, on the menu @ Item | Synchronize, or with the Ctrl+F5 keyboard shortcut.
