Imported PDF - Spaces Changed to Question Marks

I have a receipt emailed from the Apple Store. It's in PDF format and looks great in Foxit Reader. However, when I imported the PDF file into UR Pro (4.1b), all spaces were replaced with question marks.

I'd be okay with just replacing question marks with spaces, but the document template does not allow editing. Tried a couple forum searches, but didn't find anything on this particular issue.

do you display pdf files internaly as a proper pdf or as a text?
you can add ".pdf" here

tools->options->browser->file extentions to display in internal browser view

and then you have to have your pdf viewer set to view pdf files in browser.

ps:
I would recommend pdf xchange viewer over foxit

That did the trick quant, thanks! Most PDF's I had been saving inside UR looked okay as text, but this one needed formating.

May I ask why you prefer pdf xchange? Is it more compatible with UR?

My only other question then is whether a similar solution would help with copying email from Outlook 2007. Plain text emails with simple formating look fine, but anything with tables or other formating looks terrible. I'll do some more searching around the forum. If this is a whole different can of worms I'll create a seperate topic.
