Add option to enable/disable Double-click (or Enter) on item in tree with no children

as title.

It's a very friendly feature, but i always double-click the item by accident, then close the external application and click to edit internal.

Create a DWORD registry value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options\OpenDocumentOnDoubleClick with a value of 0 and restart UR.

Here is a .reg file. Extract and double-click on DisableOpenDocumentOnDoubleClick.reg.

finally worked!
using OpenDocumentOnDoubleClick for registry.
using OpenDocumentOnDoubleClick_INT for portable version option.ini
