Frozen Data Explorer

After a fatal computer crash, I recovered a UR database (wherein is recorded even my serial number for UR) to my new computer.

My problem is that the Date Explorer is stuck on one entry. The items in Data Explorer are grayed out. If I search for an item, the search works, but I am unable to click on the result. The results too are grayed out.

Any idea of what is going on?

What version of Windows? What version of UR? UR v4 is not compatible with Windows 8 or 10.

You can use the free Viewer edition to access your data on Windows 10.

Windows 10 and UR 4.2. So that must be it.
