Correction: Copy and Link to UR buttons still appear twice each in Manage Add-Ons. But that's not a problem, just an observation. It occured to me that one set might be for the IE built-in toolbar and another for the UR custom toolbar.

Anyway, as I said, these two buttons correctly display in the built-in toolbar on my new Win 7 PC.
