Ultra Recall 3.0 Professional is now in beta, and it has much revised Outlook integration/synchronization capabilities, which may address the problem reported in this thread (we haven't been able to reproduce it to confirm).

If you wish to be a beta tester of version 3.0, send an email to support@kinook.com with this request (then please report back if the issue is resolved or not with this new version ).
