Linked / Related Documents Pane
When I create documents I tend to create a lot of internal links to each other.
It would be very helpful to add a Linked / Related documents pane. The link / related documents pane would show other internally linked documents to the currently focused document / folder. Would this benefit others? |

Maybe you talk about Item Parents window, no?

Ilya,
Thanks for the reply. I use the parents window also but this would be another window ( like the parents window ) for internally linked documents. On a focused document, click the 'Tree' drop down menu, then click 'Link/Move : Alt+L'. This allows you to link internal documents to each other. I have 1600 documents and a lot of these documents cross reference each other ( the database is normalized ). So in order to easily find documents that I internally linked to each other, a linked documents pane would be extremely helpful. Not only would I be able to easily find documents that are linked to each other, the navigation between the linked documents would be beneficial as well. |
