Importing Emails Question

If I drag an email from Outlook (or use the UR import button in Outlook) into UR, the formatting and hyper links are gone YET if I copy the message to the clipboard and use the "win + v" command the formatting and hyperlinks are correct.

If the "win+v" approach works correctly why doesn't the drag & drop work the same way???

Apparently Outlook is providing different data for copy vs. drag/drop. Please ZIP and send:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) Run RegEdit and export the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options"
3) A .urd file with copied and dragged item
4) The Outlook .msg file being imported (drag to Explorer, then add to ZIP file)
