email documents

Is it possible to email a document from within UR? I import a lot of web pages, and on occasion want to send a copy to someone. Is it possible to do this within UR? or do I need a separate program.
I use MS Outlook, but it is not synchronized with UR. (I have been afraid to do that as I don't want to screw up my Outlook filing system. Not that UR would do that, It is just that I don't know.)

File | Send will create a new email message with the selected item(s) documents attached. But for a stored web page, it would not include any images, styles, or other external files. You may want to use File | Export -> Documents and then ZIP and send the web page and its related files (exported to a folder with same name as HTML file).
