Access Violation

Should I be concerned by the error message as a result of a crash:

This error does not indicate any data loss. Any ideas on what sequence of events triggered the Access Violation? If so, and we can reproduce, we will try to resolve it...

Unless it recurs it isn't a "big deal" since it is not related to data loss.

No, it didn't repeat. It's mysteriously triggered by a viewer issue when experimenting with opening of files of various formats--Excel, MindMap,...etc. Please don't worry it. Thanks.
