There were two issue here:
1) An error was occurring importing this particular file, which is fixed in v5.2.
2) The version of riched20.dll installed by default with UR 5.1 (v5.50.99.2050) has incompatibilities with Office 2013 and can result in errors when pasting into the rich edit view. Any one of these options will resolve the issue:
a) Delete riched20.dll v5.50.99.2050 from the UR installation path (or reinstall UR and uncheck the
Install rich edit control with table support)
b) Copy riched20.dll v15.0.4420.1017 (from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE15\RICHED20.DLL or
http://www.kinook.com/Download/Misc/....4420.1017.zip) into the UR installation path (or reinstall UR and check
Install Office rich edit control)
c) Rename or delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE15\MSO.DLL
