Hi,

I must have inadvertently made some configuration changes, or maybe it happened during an upgrade. But my Outlook emails in UR are linked now.

How do you set the default to Store, in terms of the menus?

In the Help doc, it describes Store and Synchronization and Templates. But I don't see these in Tools/Options.

In other words, what menus do I need to navigate through, in order to set the default Outlook drag & drop to Store emails, rather than link to them?

In the topic "Drag and Drop from External Sources", it says to use the Ctrl key to Store the contents of the original source. But I'm trying to find out how to set Store as the default, so it's not necessary to hold down the Ctrl key.
