Missing Tab Captions
Anyone seen behaviour as per attached?

History
1) Purchased v4 (upgrade)
2) Installed v4
3) Familiarised myself with changes
4) Back to work - oops! - can't add items!
5) Uninstall v4
6) Install v3.5
