If I follow the instructions in the help file and the online manual, I don't achieve anything except a sweated brow.
If I follow the very slightly different advice given in
http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...&threadid=2405 I get a word template, so that's that problem out of the way, though I am left wondering why apparently identical steps achieve such different results.
The new problem is that now I can create and edit Word documents, but I can no longer edit internal Document template items (i.e. rtf items).
Does having a Word template mean that a Document template will no longer work? I've tried adding .rtf to the options to display in the internal text editor and to show in the browser ...
I can feel a headache coming on ...
