We have switched UR back to the old behavior of defaulting to refresh on paste of images, and tweaked it to move the selection to after the image in this scenario (since the rich edit control doesn't do that itself). Download
http://www.kinook.com/Download/UltraRecallProEval.exe and install (UltraRecall.exe v3.2.5.3) to get this patch (run EnableRefreshOnPasteImage.reg or delete the registry value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options\RefreshOnPasteImage first if DisableRefreshOnPasteImage.reg was previously run).
