I sent the information you requested to the support email address along with a copy of the issue file.
some emails open a few do not. When I select them in the list, they give me the errors that I showed you in the screen shot. If I double click them in the tree view, the email opens in Outlook. The error now goes away and instead of a preview I always see the edit in external editor in the preivew window.
