Not yet, but it's been requested.
"Title attribute based on other attribute values" is on the Road Map (
http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...&threadid=3204), hopefully this feature can be expanded to include all Attributes.
Currently, you'll probably need to export a range of Items (records) to CSV, then open in Excel to perform the calculation.
One avenue of investigation may be along the the lines of having an Excel file as a template or linked/stored file within UR, then syncing to the Excel file. Maybe others have done some work in this area.
