Could a tiny visual icon be added to a data item to indicate that a (future) reminder is sent?

The reason is that I have a bunch of tasks that are enternally scheduled for follow ups. Every time I act on a task I need to set a new reminder.

I'd like to be able to, at a glance, know that every item has been set a follow up time without having to click on every one.

The icon could possibly, when clicked, show a popup of when it is set.
