Error when clicking checkboxes in Flags dialog

Hello,
thanks for the recent update and especially for the flag feature. Unfortunately I have an issue with just this feature:

When clicking on one of the checkboxes in the Hide column of the Flags dialog I get an error message. Under Windows 7 it throws an access violation (but doesn't crash), under Windows 10 it simply says something like "Ultra Recall doesn't work anymore".
The Windows versions are German.

About Panel:

Ultra Recall Professional 5.3
Copyright 2004-2017 Kinook Software, Inc.
Registered to: Achim Hildebrand (1-user license)
Windows version: Windows 7 Home Premium
Install path: C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraRecall
hrs32.dll version 5.0.1.3
hts11.dll version 11,0,2,3
mimepp.dll version 3.0.4
PolarSpellChecker.dll version 4.0.5.4
riched20.dll version 5.50.99.2050
SftPrintPreview_IX86_U_20.dll version 2.04
ter16.dll version 16.0.5.0
UltraRecall.exe version 5.3.0.0
unins000.exe version 51.52.0.0
Database filename: J:\Office.urd
Database version: 4.0.1

Error Message:

Access violation.
Exception 0xC0000005 occurred in module C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraRecall\UltraRecall.exe at address 0x0057F9AF, offset 0x0017F9AF.

Additionally the Help-Button in this dialog doesn't show a help window.

Best regards
Achim
