Change build rule icon
Currently the icon used to indicate a build rule in the Project Steps tab is a check box. However the state of the check box can not be changed (unlike Ignore Fail for example).
It may be more appropriate to use a different icon (just a tick without the box perhaps) in the Build Rule column.
