The problem you are experiencing is not a Synchronization problem, but rather an issue displaying the mht file in the internal Browser view of Ultra Recall (which uses an embedded copy of Internet Explorer).

Internet Explorer exhibits the same behaviour when used directly. You can verify this by displaying an mht file, then edit this same file in your BlockNote.net (your mht editor). Then navigate away from the mht file in IE, navigate back. You will notice that the latest mht file is NOT displayed, and refreshing will never cause it to display until you restart Internet Explorer...

Currently the best workaround in Ultra Recall is to view and edit mht files externally. We realize this is less than ideal and we are working on a potential fix in Ultra Recall to workaround this shortcoming of Internet Explorer.
