I'm on the same boat ... only because of few softs that I'm still running XP (together with Ubuntu) (no way to buy Vista) ... I was asking on another place whether they plan to port UR to Linux ... sadly they dont ...
but I'd still like to see UR to get much less dependent on MS ... the preferential support of Outlook, usage of MS proprietary rtf format for notes, ...
and you are 100% right about the commissioning ...
