It's actually a bug that it doesn't handle an exit code of 259 properly (amazingly, nobody ran into it before now). The latest download at
http://www.kinook.com/Download/VisBuildProEval.exe has been updated with a fix for this issue (VisBuildBld.dll v6.4.0.4).
