Thumbs up Export to excel answer

Well I found a way.

It is not available within URD but there is a nice way to get the data out an into Excel whilst maintaining the format of the data.

1. Using a search create a list of all of the items within the required scope.
2. In the search results window, set the columns you need in the report (Only need to do this once)
3. In the search results window, select all using 'Control A'
4. Copy grid values using 'Control Shift C'
5. Paste into excel.
Now you can play with your perfectly exported data.

I tried to you the export feature of URD but the filtering and select mechanisms are too basic and you tend to get rubbish data out. This report running into excel works sweet.

What goes to the top of my wish list is an export search to excel button (Or at least export search grid data to clipboard)
