Yes, one of the first hurdles I had to overcome was translating UR terminology to terms that I was familiar with (Attribute = Field, Item = Record, Parent Item and Child Items = Table, almost).
Translating design concepts has been a little trickier, and there's some things that you just can't do yet.
Understanding UR terms and concepts is a learning process and can be frustrating.
