Kinook have very cleverly left one option available for you to change with
system attributes. That being the opportunity to turn them into a drop-down list in data entry forms. You need to turn on "Auto-complete values from other items". From the main menu go [Tools | Attributes], find the attribute you want change, eg. Last Name, double-click and put a tick in the bottom option.
