I've been trying to sync my OL exchange contact folder with UR with no luck. I tried to 'copy' and 'link' but UR always fails with the error messages you see attached. I dragged the folder, used linker but none has worked. After struggling with it for over 4 hours now, what I thought is a simple and breeze task to do has burned by time and efforts.

What I'm I missing and how can I go about what this 'unexpected error is' ?
