I'm not sure. We don't see that behavior here (the tab options should only be displayed when right-clicking the tab itself). Do you have a riched20.dll in your UR install path, and if so, what version? If you do, try deleting it and/or replacing it with the one in
ftp://ftp.kinook.com/RICHED20.zip. If not, what version is the one in %WINDIR%\System32?
