The issue of inconvenient handling of bad urls when importing will be addressed in the next Ultra Recall release (v. 1.4 scheduled for release by the end of the year).

The "library routine called out of sequence" error will also be resolved in the next release.

Until v. 1.4 is released, another way to avoid the Shift+Yes issue you mention is to intentionally create invalid shortcut in the folder you are importing called 'A' with a bogus url of http://bad.url. This worked in my testing, as it encounted this bad url shortly after initiatig the import allowing me to hit Shift+Yes... Of course the user suggestion is also an option until version 1.4 is released...

Finally, if you import/create over 500 Info Items with the trial version (unregistered), you will be prevented from making additional changes to your data. To circumvent this trial version limitation, send an email to support@kinook.com with a request for an extended evaluation key and we will provide one that removes this 500 item evaluation limitation.
