I wasn't using Item Text, but now I have. The helpfile warns that it can be very slow, but it seems like it's not going to get there at all: restricting the search to an imported items folder that contains 30 Word files (mainly one or two page letters), it's still running after half an hour and the CPU usage is at 50%. I've tried closing UR and restarting it, but it still hasn't found anything yet.
Would you expect it to be that slow?
