We don't have any plans to enable that capability. The special CreateObject/ConnectObject methods are specific to the WScript object (see
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms974564.aspx). I'm not sure if the ActiveX Scripting interfaces expose any support for that, or if so, how it would be implemented.
You could invoke cscript.exe/wscript.exe via a Run Program action to run such a script externally.
