Yes, they are links - it's a TOC function.
The program is Treepad Business Edition.
I put a considerable amount of time into working with the program, but kept running into brick walls, then turned to UR - I'm still hitting some brick walls, but Kinook is attentive, seems more focused, and UR offer many other advantages.
