Internet Explorer 7 Ultra Recall toolbar grayed out

For some reason my IE Ultra Recall toolbar is grayed out in the toolbars list so I can't add it , any suggestions? The context items are working fine and, if it matters, the toolbar is working fine...

I haven't seen an inidcation that MLO is adding tree filtering, could you point me towards your source on this? The lack of tree filtering is the main reason I stopped using MLO....
