Yes, that is a quite bit of an annoyance. I noticed that as well.

Maybe it is to protect us from ourselves so that we don't accidentally change contents unknowingly.

Perhaps Kinook can allow us...

Absolutely.

But you need to turn on Edit Web Page (Crtl+Shift+0) that's a zero not alphabet O.

That can be accessed via right click menu as well.

I decompiled the Help file with one of those chm...

I have no problems editing it.
