Detecting C# changes

Does anyone know of a way to detect if a new version of a binary from C# was built.

The output just says how many projects built, not which ones were successful.

Exclamation Build.net does not detect all file changes.

When I update a certain header file it should cause several items to build when it is changed. But when built by visual build it does not detect the change like 2005 does.

Visual build will not keep my registration

I paste the information into the register dialog and after I close it and reopen it needs to have it added again.

The output I get from visual build is not the same as what I get from visual studio.

When visual studio compiles my project, it will compille all subprojects even if some of them have errors.

Yes, the solution makes sure the dependencies are done and that all of the projects are built in the proper order.

I need a way to get a list of which ones, if any fail to be built.

In the Zip file step, is there a way to dynamicly name the file? Like test.zip would be test_0_0_45.zip by adding the version number to the file.

When I look at the example it needs %NEED_TO_BUILD% to be not equal to no.
