Wrap Long Text - doesn't always

I have "wrap long text" ticked in Grid options so that the items in the data explorer pane wrap rather than my having to scroll horizontally to read the full title. Sometimes the title text is not wrapped properly, being folder over two lines when it needs to be 3 to fit into the pane. As there's no horizontal scroll bar when this option is chosen, it means I can't read the title properly. Usually the only way to resolve this is to close UR and open it again.

As well as wrapping too long, I've now got the problem of titles wrapping too short and incompletely. See screenshot.

This second problem seems to be happening only since upgrading to 3.0.3.

Does resizing the Data Explorer pane help?

Sometimes resizing the explorer pane helps but not always.

Any update on this? Is it something you can fix or is it just happening with me? It's getting a bit tedious having to continually resize the explorer pain to view the items properly.

We have reproduced the problem you are describing but have not yet narrowed it down to a simple configuration or setting which will enable us to either report the exact issue (with a simple, reproducible example) to the tree control component vendor or find a suitable workaround within Ultra Recall.

In the meantime if the problem becomes too annoying I would recommend that you simply disable the text-wrapping feature.

Thanks. Yes, that's probably the best thing for me to do just now.
