right click menu in Item Details (Tab)
 

The mouse right click menu in Item Details in a Text Item only provides a Tab Menu - there are none of the expected Copy/Paste etc etc functions for a text item?

What am I not understanding please?

I'm not sure. We don't see that behavior here (the tab options should only be displayed when right-clicking the tab itself). Do you have a riched20.dll in your UR install path, and if so, what version? If you do, try deleting it and/or replacing it with the one in ftp://ftp.kinook.com/RICHED20.zip. If not, what version is the one in %WINDIR%\System32?

I did have what appreared to be the same file in the correct path, but then replacing it with the one provided has solved the problem ... thanks
